All students who are entered in ORIGINAL ORATORY should submit "packets" that contain a signed submission cover page, manuscript, and reference page.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO
IMPORTANT NOTE: A student is permitted to compete regardless of whether or not they have a packet on file. However, based on rules found in the DTOM, if the coach is NOT able to produce these document within 20 minutes of request, the student is automatically disqualified in the event of protest OR in the event of qualifying to finals. Coaches are encouraged to turn these in online in advance of the tournament so they don't have to worry about it!

A .jpeg is fine for the cover sheet. Then upload each part of the "packet" below. If you have multiple entries in the event, you will need to refresh the page and complete the form for each entry separately. PHYSICAL TURN IN:
If you would prefer to turn in these items physically, please bind each student's packet together (staple), clearly label them, put them in a folder or large envelope with your school name, and turn them in at on-site registration. |
The coach will receive a confirmation of receipt within about 24 hours.
THESE FORMS ARE NOT AUDITED BY THE DISTRICT COMMITTEE. THEY ARE ONLY REVIEWED IF THE STUDENT IS PROTESTED OR ADVANCES TO FINALS. IT IS A COACH'S AFFIRMATIVE DUTY TO ENSURE THEIR STUDENTS COMPLY WITH ALL RULES. |
