Annual MSHSAA Rules Review

Each year, ALL Speech & Debate coaches in Missouri - head coaches and assistant coaches - are required to complete an online rules review.  This is conducted through MSHSAA's official website.  See your school's Athletic Director or Activities Director for log in information.

The 2020 - 2021 Rules Review is open until Nov. 27, 2020
