EastMO Congress Legislation

During the 2020-2021 regular season, all EastMO touranment hosts will use ONE PACKET of legislation to ease research burdens on students.  All schools are permitted to submit up to THREE pieces of legislation for use throughout the regular season.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  THE EASTMO NSDA CONGRESS DISTRICT TOURNAMENT WILL USE A DIFFERENT LEGISLATION PACKET ALLOWING SCHOOLS TO REUSE LEGISLATION THEY SUBMITTED FOR THE REGULAR SEASON OR CREATE NEW.  THAT SUBMISSION FORM WILL OPEN IN JANUARY.

Writing and Submitting Legislation

​All schools are invited to submit THREE pieces of legislation for use during the 2020-2021 regular season! 

Submission deadline is September 30th. 
The final packet will be available by October 5th!
