Bid Information & Submission Instructions

NO BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR CONGRESS AS THAT EVENT HAS ALREADY COMPLETED COMPETITION.

Coaches need to submit a revised "school entry form" so the Committee can have an accurate estimate of the total number of bids to expect for each event.  This will also be used for invoicing.

To apply for Nationals, each entry should use this form.  The application can be filled out by the student in consultation with their coach.
READ CAREFULLY:  To fill out this form, you will need to sign in to your Google Drive account, open the document, and then "Make a Copy."  You can then edit the copy.  You should rename the title of the document "LAST NAME - EVENT" (for example:  "WELTY - HI").  Once you finish filling it out, you should read the "submission page" for specific instructions about downloading and submitting.
