SINGLE ENTRY LETTER OF INTENT

All students entered in more than one event must have a Single Entry Letter of Intent (SELOI) on file 7 days prior to the start of the Speech & Debate Tournament.

DEADLINE:  March 5, 2021
THE UPLOAD FORM IS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE.

INSTRUCTIONS & INFO

Explaining the SELOI
Briefly explains how the Single Entry Letter of Intent works.
2021 SINGLE ENTRY LETTER OF INTENT
You'll need one of these for each double or triple-entered student.
UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS:
After you have properly filled out each letter and signed the document, you'll need to scan them.

You are STRONGLY encouraged to scan all of them into one PDF file so that you can upload them all at once.
Alternatively, you can upload each one individually.
PHYSICAL TURN IN:
You do NOT need to turn in the physical forms (but you should keep them as a copy for yourself).

If you would prefer to turn in the physical forms instead of uploading, hand them to Justin at the Marquette invitational.

You will receive a confirmation of receipt within about 24 hours.
Forms will be audited roughly five days prior to the start of the tournament.

2021 SINGLE ENTRY LETTER OF INTENT UPLOAD

    Max file size: 20MB
If you upload one at a time, you'll need to refresh the form for each SELOI. It's far easier to combine them all as one big file and upload the big file.
Please type your first and last name into this box. This will constitute the signature, since not every coach is able to print, sign, and scan while working from home.
